We are so pleased to announce that at The Pall-Ex UK National Pallet Network Awards last weekend we walked away with the award for Highest KPI Performer across the Fortec Distribution Network in the single trunk category.
Of the three categories we were nominated in this particular award was the one we were secretly hoping for. It is (in our opinion) well-earned recognition of the continuing high standards and dedication of all the staff at Brocklehurst.
All the team give 110% daily to ensure all our customers receive the highest level of service possible. Some days are tougher than others and this just proves that all their hard work is not going unnoticed.
KPI is short for Key Performance Indicator and is a way of measuring delivery performance over a period of time which for the awards was 12 months. To win this award shows how consistently we perform to the highest level day in day out.
